James Joseph Reynolds, Jr. was the Undersecretary of Labor for Labor-Management relations during the Lyndon B. Johnson Administration in the United States. John Mills Houston was a member of the United States House of Representatives from the 5th congressional district of Kansas from 1935 to 1943.
