Description: Here we have an interesting piece of international currency. This is a 1946 Polish 2 Zlote note. First of the post-war Polish 2 Zlote bills. Circulated, but overall condition is generally very good, and the pictures are an honest representation of this currency. Following the standards of Littleton Coin I'll call this VG/F. Appears to have been folded twice vertically, but no horizontal folding at all. I know nothing about the history of this note, but it was found among my grandfathers effects. He traveled extensively for the Army Air Corps/Air Force from the mid 1940s to the early 1960s, so he must have acquired it at some point in his travels.
