Description: Here is an excellent set of the first two-volume set of Gone With the Wind by Margaret Mitchell printed in 1939. It is a limited-edition #215 of only 1000 sets made! The books bindings are tight and possibly unread. They each have the original cellophane wrap, both with minor wear. Book 1 has a piece of tape on the cellophane at bottom area. I did not see any foxing, but the pages look very lightly yellowed from age. The case has normal minor shelf wear and a small split starting at the top left side, but still in very good condition for its age. Please see all pictures as they are considered part of the description. I also showed bottom of books to show no wear.The set measures about 9" x 6-1/2" x 2-1/2" (+-).
