Of special importance, this pamphlet still has the perforated page attached to the front cover; a full page headed "Mothers! Don't Wait" (remembering the heartaches and embarrassed hours of your 12th birthday) A list of things to do to prepare your daughter. The verso of this sheet states the Kotex "protection"; can't chafe, can't fail and can't show. This pamphlet is updated and parts rewritten from the older copyright booklets; new information has been added or amended from the earlier pamphlets. In addition to the modernizing of the cover, information on a changing schedule is included and as before, determining when your period will start by using the calendar example. Numerous other small revisions help to demonstrate the evolution of this title. Pamphlet is clean and crisp although the paper contents are somewhat evenly toned, reflecting the inexpensive production that it was. Very scarce.
