Description: This unique document with a 3 cent stamp from May 7, 1933 has a clear postmark, and a signature from Governor of Wyoming, Leslie Miller. Back of mailed document is a facsimile of a letter franked by A. Lincoln Postmaster. Document shows age, see photos. This is from my dad's stamp collection.
