Description: Fair to Good condition flexible bonded leather cover book. About 5-1/4” tall. Exterior: Binding is clean and square. Fabric shows under the bonded leather where there is wear. Binding is completely separated from the text block. The hinges are good, but the pastedowns’ glue has released. The pastedowns were only glued on their margins to the covers. A solution is to glue the pastedowns back onto the covers. Light wear of the edges, corners and spine ends. Gilt text on the spine. All page edges worn gilt. Interior: Name and address in ink top of second free page. A price is in pencil top of second to last page. Pages are clean with no other handwriting. Pages 13-28 have about a one inch closed tear at the bottom at the spine edge. Some corner creases. Gutter cracked at page 28-29. Page 29/30 is completely loose of the binding. First 39 pages have some dark staining. 301 pages.
