A scarce edition with only nine held in libraries. Illustrated with fifteen monochrome plates with twenty one photographs and a folding map to the rear. Collated, complete. The plate listed as facing page 94 is facing page 270. CONDITION Rebound in quarter crushed morocco and cloth boards. Externally, very smart. There is some minor bumping to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean with some occasional spotting.
