Description: A 1928 Virginia single in poor original condition. The entire plate is covered in thick rust that has pitted and cracked the metal in multiple locations. The bottom border is missing a section under the “126” and there is extra metal on the plate under the “96.” In addition, the plate has many bends and dents throughout it and the metal is fairly thin.
