This collection is comprised of poetry from Swedish theatre director, author and translator, Karl Ragnar Gierow. Largely known for his directing of new and occasionally controversial plays, Gierow also wrote poetry and lyrics for popular songs and screenplays. Gierow won several awards for his writing, including the Bellman Prize in 1977. Written in the original Swedish. CONDITION Bound by Knut Hasslers Bookbinders in half crushed morocco with marbled paper-covered boards. Externally, very smart, with light rubbing to joints and boards. A little discolouration to the extremities. Bookbinder label to the rear paste down. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean.
