Description: 1923 NORTH DAKOTA License Plate #79-146 - Reasonably Nice-Looking Repaint Plate is solid and straight with signs of lite surface weathering underneath the repaint. It's not a Cadillac repaint, but it's also not a gaudy slop job. I would say it gives a subtle realistic aged look. Photo shows some sun reflection.
