He has a red/brown hat, green collar and superb moustache/beard.Gilt crown top7.5cm high4.5cm wide appxOverall condition is good. A few rough spots from manufacture to the glaze. The white spot on his beard is not a chip its smudge/mis-applied paint. Stopper with gilt loss & tarnishing. The cork has shrunk so it sits loosely in the top.
