We know from other documents that Mr. Small was a geoligist. The letter is primarily about oil drilling but other subjects are mentioned as well including the new "Velie" recently purchased by Small. We believe a "Velie" is an automobile. The letter is quite legible and in good condition but there is no accompanying envelope. All of our items are sanitized for safety before shipping.
