It did not originally come in this case but it is an Illinois made case. Watch runs and keeps good time. Case is clean. Has a chip on the dial by where the hands mount. I wanted to also note when crown is pulled to set the time pressure has to be pushed downward to keep crown engaged. Setting works well.
