Returns - I accept returns for 7 days no questions asked from any buyer. I will refund in full the total price you paid plus shipping both ways in the unlikely event that the item you bought comes up missing or lost in shipment meaning tracking shows no delivery or the wrong item is received wrong year or wrong mint mark etc. Return will be required if delivery confirmation shows delivered no exceptions. In the event that you change your mind about your purchase you will receive a refund of your payment minus shipping expenses (once the item is returned undamaged) even if original shipping was free or included in the price return shipping will be at buyer expense. Description and picture accuracy - I attempt to describe and picture everything I sell to the best of my ability and my pictures are pretty large so defects can be seen but any questions please ask and preferably before you bid. Item not received - I use Ebay labels and USPS most times with tracking which you can follow on your buyer console. Please do notify me I before filing a claim in the event that your item does not show delivery no sooner than 10 days after sale. I have refunded at least one buyer after sixty days passed and the item showed no delivery so be assured that you will receive your money back if you did not receive your item and it shows not delivered via USPS tracking. PROOF OF DELIVERY ISSUE If USPS tracking UPS tracking or FEDEX tracking shows that an item has been delivered you will not be able to file a claim with Ebay, PayPal or your credit card company against any seller and win the claim. Once the Tracking shows an item has been delivered the item is no longer the responsibility of the seller but is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. I wanted to make all of my valued customers aware of this because shipping carriers do not want to take responsibility for their mistake unless you can prove that they made it and the most common reason shipments do not reach their destination but show having been delivered is because the item is left outside the security of a mailbox or on your front porch. If you live in an apartment complex and you order something that is valuable like rare coins but the package is too large to fit in your mailbox USPS UPS or FEDEX may place the package outside a secure area this can be avoided by contacting your mail carrier and instructing them to leave a note and then make a run to the post office.
