Description: 1909 President McKinley Memorial Walnut Wood Carving Gold Framed 22" x 17.5". The Walnut carved portion itself is approximately 14 x 10 x 1 inch thick. This is an attractive work in a couple of ways. It is Well carved and framed. On the back it is marked carved in 1909 by Dr. L. L. Quick, New Waverly, Indiana. It's also a very nice example of the memorial artwork done on an individual basis after President McKinley's assassination. The frame has some flaking paint and wood nicks. Overall, the combination is in very good condition.
