Description: Two volume set printed in 1909 and original. History and biographies of prominent Berks County citizens. Each volume measure about 10 1/2” by 9” and total pages at 1723. Heavily illustrated and filled with many photogravure of citizens. Both are in acceptable condition. Both have gilded end papers and leather bound . Covers show wear on each with volume 2’s front and back boards and some pages are detached from spine . Spine leather cover missing on volume 2. Light foxing to inside pages on both . Both volumes are complete and photogravures have most tissue protectors and photogravures are in very detailed crisp condition. Volumes are original and are hard to find in any condition.
