Description: Listed is a 19" antique composition doll, marked Nancy, made by the Arranbee Doll Co., circa 1935-40s. The doll is made of composition and is tightly strung. The back of her neck is marked Nancy. Her composition head & body are in excellent original condition having no cracks/crazing and great coloring. Her facial coloring is especially nice with bright eyes and full lashes and an open mouth with upper teeth. Her wig is in its original set and is full with no thin spots. Her fingers/toes are intact. I believe the doll is wearing her original yellow muti tiered dress with a yellow rayon silk attached under slip plus an additional white half slip with pantaloons. Her shoes and socks are original too. The entire outfit is in excellent condition and is clean with no odors. This is an extraordinary doll and was until recently part of a large collection of a local doll collector/dealer. The doll will be carefully wrapped and prepared for shipping.
