Description: 1890 Allen and Ginter N10 Flags of All Nations. The second series of flags following the N9 issue of 1886. A rare issue and extremely beautiful set. The set features 50 Countries (lesser known and more obscure) with a representation of their flag and a popular scene from the nation. Very rare and very desirable. This issue is even more scarce and hard to find than the N9 set. I have been working for over a decade to complete this one and I’m still missing several to complete my set.
