But he also wrote less well-known works on farm animals (pigs, goats) and the very rare illustrated ribbon "The Aquarium", "The Terrarium" and "Talking Parrots." Each portrait is reprinted on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets of toned paper. The toned area around the Scottish Deerhound illustration measures approximately 5 5/8" Wide x 7 5/8" High, pretty much centered on the 8 1/2" x 11" sheet - Note that the originals are not perfectly square in some cases, and for framing, you may choose to crop so that does not show.
