The spine is torn inside the bottom of both covers up about 3" but nothing is fully detached and there are no loose or missing pages. All of the beautiful metal plate engravings and their protective tissues are there. This appears to be a sales agents edition and sports the faux leather back board and significant notes in the subscribers section of the book. Its interesting and adds to the books charm.
