Description: This item was made in Germany and they were prizes or trinkets won/given at the large Fairs, etc.. This figurine is marked US Guard House Altoona, Pa. Displays a bearing opening the door of an outhouse with guard seated with his hands above his head. The figure has on the underside of the roof rim at the top and a small chip on the underside of the base. Originally the bear may have been all black but has lost most of its color.
