Contents include: africa, alaska, arizona, balearic islands, california, camargue, cambodia, easter island, south america, himalayas, indo china, japan, progress of Livingstone, madagascar, mesopotamia, nile, north and south polar, british america {i think that's Canada], siberia, soudan, spain, sinai, vancouver island, and MUCH MUCH MORE! full contents down below Condition: Bound hardcover with gilt lettering / decoration and tooled edging. Pages are all generally very clean but lightly toned with no folds or writing except an inscription in the front dated 1877. I only saw 2 very small rips, there might but a few other even smaller ones I missed. Boards very secure. -but text block is cracked and there is one section [4 leaves] hanging on by a thread. Tips, front cover edge, and spine ends very worn as well as some of the gilt on the front cover which has faded a bit. Spine and back of spine edge split in a few spots but still looks good.The back cover has light wear and the same tooled edging as the front [in good shape]. Otherwise in good -very good shape! THIS IS A GREAT BOOK -FULL OF BEAUTIFUL ENGRAVINGS, MANY FULL PAGE the following images are in this book, but from archive.org's book, not mine and many more!
