Queen Victoria, Duchy of Lancaster, with original cased royal red wax document seal attached. Letters Patent granted from "The Queen" to Mr. L. Thompson for the lease of a college. Royalty Victorian document is original. Condition is original. Royal wax seal impression is intact. Royal lease document / letters patent measures approximately 25.75" x 18.75".
