Description: Presented is a large handsome Russian silver creamer or small milk pitcher from 1860. This piece is made in a paneled form with fluted decoration around the lower half of the body, matching the fluted design around the pedestal foot. There are slight remnants of a gold wash on the interior. The underside is marked with Russian hallmarks; the 84 mark for .875 purity silver, the city mark for St. Petersburg, and the assay mark for 1860 with the initials for assay master Eduvard Fyodorovich Brandenburg.
