CONDITION Rebacked, in a half calf binding, with original boards restored. Retaining the original endpapers. Gilt detailing to back strip. Externally, excellent. Bookplate to front pastedown. Inscription to verso of front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and generally clean, with only the odd spot, most concentrated to pages facing plates, and to plate perimeters. Lacking one plate.
