Description: 1809 Capped Bust Half Dollar. Normal Edge. Coin displays strong details. Hair details near complete including forehead. Stars, drapery complete, clasp intact. Luster and iridescent color around stars, drapery and within all coin details. Much more so than photo reflects. Condition is at least XF++, claims to or pushing even better. Reverse is just as nice. Soft strike at left wing. Typical for the series and particularly this date. Rest of its details are quite nice. Lots of original color including a rainbow including gold, violet and blue. Coin is near perfect for condition. Only the slightest of blemishes can be found. Photos are a good representation. Rims are just perfect. Not a bump, ding or even tick.
