Description: 1776 American Revolutionary Board Game Avalon Hill Game Co. Excellent Condition!. My Dad bought this brand new after it was released in 1974. He opened it up to check out what was inside, and how to play the game. But in those days, he never found anyone interested in playing a complex game like this. So he boxed it back up and it’s been stored in the closet ever since. It has been opened a few times over the years, but never played with. Most all of the playing pieces have never been punched out, only several have fallen out during moving. But I checked the count, everything is there, nothing missing. The game board, playing cards, playing pieces, manuals, everything you see in the pics are very much still new and in excellent condition. The game boards line up perfectly, they don’t necessarily need to be folded together, they can still store separately. It’s recommended that you make color copies of the various playing papers, to keep the original intact. The outer box has some wear from storage. This type of game should go to a serious collector for public viewing. But if your a PC Strategy Game producer, looking for your next game to port, get this one!
