Description: An original 18th century manuscript document in the hand of Aaron Ashbridge, a true copy of a document by James Pemberton. "Extracts from the minutes of the Yearly Meeting for Pennsylvnaia & New Jersey held at Philadelphia by adjournments from the 27th of the 9th Month to the 3rd of the Tenth month, inclusive 1766" [Chester County, Pennsylvania] 1766 Approx. 12.25" x 15.25" when unfolded Folio sheet, folded in half to create four pages with manuscript text on three sides. Document has three horizontal creases from being folded. Some slight discoloration, a few small holes, else in very good condition. Aaron Ashbridge, born in either 1712 or 1713, was an 18th-century Quaker associated with Chester County, Pennsylvania. He was the clerk of the Goshen Monthly Meeting from 1748 to 1770.
