Also refers to a cottage in Watledge with stable, woodhouse, brewhouse late in the possession of Elizabeth Woodruffe. Mary Day of Minchin Hampton in the County of Gloucester, Widow of the First Part. Daniel Kinn of Minchin Hampton, Baker of the Second Part. William Kinn of Nailsworth in the parish of Avening in the County of Gloucester, Wood Carrier and Sarah his wife of the Third Part. Richard Webb of Watlidge (Watledge) in the Parish of Minchin Hampton, Cloth worker of the Fourth Part. Signed by four parties with wax seals. Bold signatures with wax seals of: Mary Day Daniel Kinn William Kinn Also the signature of another member of the Kinn Family whose Christian name is not clear, with a wax seal. Condition: Vellum is in very good condition with normal creases to folds. Written in Georgian Period English by a bold good hand.Handwriting on the back also by an excellent hand.
