It is a 65/35 polyester cotton blend shirt. The cummerbund and tie set is a traditional black satin that is perfect for any formal event. The tie is pretied with an adjustable neck. The neck will adjust to fit neck measurements of approximately 14 to 26 inches. The cummerbund has traditional pleats on the front. It is adjustable in the waist from 28 inches to 36 inches with an elastic band that will stretch up to a 50 inch waist.
