The dial with fine blue steel spade hands and signed Waltham. Diameter is 42 mm. The inner crystal is also in excellent condition and retained securely. THE MOVEMENT: 100% mint, with a gold three quarter plate and a regulator, and steel screws. A cut two arm bimetallic balance, with Breguet hairspring and lever escapement. The movement overall of very good quality, with a cut-away plate. The watch movement with 7 jewels and Bond Street. The movement signed on the top plate, A.W,W.Co., Waltham Mass. The watch is much brighter and crisp than in these dark photos, which are limited by my camera and lighting equipment. The watch is in very good working order for its age. THE CASE: 97% mint, the 14k gold filled hunter case measures an impressive 50 mm. The front and rear covers both close nice and tightly and the hinges are all in good tight order. The top cover with some fine scratches and a few tiny dings to rear cover. The case fully marked and a case number of 423, grade of 20 years and marked Moon grade, A.L.D. of Birmingham. The inner dust cuvette in fine order as shown.
