Description: Featured here is a one quarter pound bag of 80 tumbling grit. This silicon carbide grit can be used wet or dry and is a less aggressive grit that is good during the finishing part of a cutting or tumbling project. An example of how to use grits: This grit is grey in color. Start off with and aggressive grit such as 80 for the initial cutting, then move to the 220 grit to refine the piece and then 500 to begin the polish and further refine, then walnut shell or cerium oxide to finish the polish. Keep in mind the above was only one example and application. Please note that your monitor and ours may show color differently. We take every precaution to show our product as accurately as we are able. for any returns. Please note that we accept any rock back no questions asked.
