The rack was specifically designed for mostly non portable use although it is heavy duty enough to be transported. The rack is constructed of 1/2" mahogany plywood with a heavy black ABS laminate. The entire rack is surrounded in heavy gauge aluminum extrusion and permanently riveted together. The rack also includes 2 heavy duty spring loaded handles, 4 - 2" casters, and threaded front rails. The rails are recessed back 2" for clearance and protection against anything that may protrude out of the front of the rack. The shell of the rack is 22" deep so there is 20" usable space in the depth of the shell behind the rails. Approx OD of the rack is: 21" wide x 22" deep x 25" high including the casters.
