Anodized finish (with the initials in gilt). Old “c” style catch of the era. Measures 1 1/8” high. Change number 3 to the Medical Department Manual of 1916, authorized the Army Nurse Corps to wear the bronze caduceus with gilt monogram letters, “A N C” imposed.
