Return policy details: Our returns policy is quite straightforward but there are a number of conditions that we ask our customers to comply with.If you have not requested a return within 14 days of receiving an order, we will assume that you are intending to keep it and we will not authorise a return. We accept returns for unopened items only. In case of a return from within the UK, we will issue full refund including any initial postage paid, however product prices include handling and packing charge which is from £1 to a maximum of £5 per order.
