Each bolt/nut is brand new, and removed from factory packaging of cylindrical cardboard sleeve and wrapped for shipping unless requested otherwise. This hardware is made by Alamo Aircraft Ltd. in San Antonio, Texas right here in the USA (100% Made In The USA). These machine bolts are made for use in aircraft with tight tolerances, and high quality material but otherwise are similar to a standard 5/8” galvanized lag for rigging, guy guy wires, utilities, industrial. This stock is United States Military surplus.
