Description: 10 New Rico Tenor Saxophone Reeds, 3.5 Strength These reeds are a bit softer than Vandoren so 3.5 Strength is more like a Vandoren 3. I've noticed these reeds have a very long life. I would practice 1hr a day for almost 4 months on the same reed. They have a deep/thick/full sound, with a nice touch of edge/brightness when you push it. I would recommend these over most Vandoren reeds. They are much like the Blue Box and the ZZ reeds.
