It's the actual poster that came out at the time of the movie's release or reissue by the studios. This poster is folded the usual way that all screen service posters have been folded for over 75 years. It will be set in an 11" x 15" reinforced envelope. Since the idiots at eBay require only a choice of "new" or "used" there is no way to justify an uncirculated poster as "new" since it has been handled by human hands. HOWEVER, this poster has not been displayed in any theater venue, has no tape marks or pin holes. There are two tiny stains on the lower right hand edge (see picture # 2) that don't intrude on the actual poster area. Only the slightest signs of handling as they have been stored in poster boxes over the years. So, while not "mint" off the presses in a sealed bag, it is unused and ready for display.
