The stands are New & HAND MADE IN THE U.S.A. of High Grade Acrylic/Plastic. They are laser cut which provides a smooth polished surface and edge. These stands / holders are stackable for compact shipping and storage. They were designed to display agate slabs, but have been ''discovered'' as a way to show framed miniatures, tiles, photos and many other small items (see suggestions below). The stand measures: 3'' H x 2⅞'' W x 2½'' D Display area (Shelf/Cradle) is 1" deep The 4 sizes available: Model 35A. use for items 2" to 5" measures: 1¾" H x 1¾" W x 1¾" D Model 35B. use for items 3" to 6" measures: 2⅜" H x 2¼" W x 2¼" D Model 35. use for items 4" to 7" measures: 3'' H x 2⅞'' W x 2½'' D Model 38. use for items 6" to 9" measures: 3½" H x 3⅞" W x 3⅛" D (The "use for items" numbers above are guidelines. You certainly could put a smaller item in the stand and even slightly larger than the measurements we suggested.)
