It is made with two loops, the larger of which is slipped onto the dog's neck. A leash is then attached to the d-ring on the smaller loop. If the dog tries to pull, the small loop is pulled taut, gently preventing escape. Soft & gentle on the neck, it washes easily. Tossing it in with a laundry load for periodic cleaning is safe. Hang or lay flat to dry.
